Full description

This unusual bangle is made from a length of copper wire which has been folded in two and then formed into a loop at one end and a hook at the other. The double strand is wire-wrapped at three points and has been hammered to create a dimpled texture. The copper has been lightly oxidised to a bronze colour and finished with Renaissance wax to preserve the patina. The bangle is an oval shape and will fit a medium-sized wrist. It can be opened by freeing the hook and stretching the wire gently over the hand without bending it too vigorously. This item will be packaged in a pretty organza gift bag and sent to you by Royal Mail first class post.
