I couldn't resist the neat little pack of forty two 2.5" squares. I think alternating the Myxologie squares with white squares helps to showcase the fabrics and bring out the sunny colours.

Full description
Cotton print squares arranged in a checkerboard pattern and decorated with diagonal quilting lines give this fresh runner an interesting texture. The modern prints are from the Moda collection called 'Myxologie'. The bright colours (orange, yellow, grey, turquoise and navy) alternate with squares of white cotton.
This runner would look at home on a coffee table, a kitchen table, dresser or on a table in a sunny conservatory. It measures 33cm x 73cm (13" x 28.5") and can be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
The runner is backed with soft unbleached cotton calico and bound around the edges with a double layer of a white cotton decorated with little dots in various shades of orange. A layer of Hobbs 80% cotton 20% polyester wadding gives the runner a soft feel and a little depth that allows the quilt stitching lines to form a pattern over the fabric squares.
I designed and made this runner in my smoke-free, pet-free home.
