Full description
A stunning pendant featuring a gemstone of real fossilised wood. I chose this stone for its wonderful colours and interesting features. It has been formed by the slow deposition of silicate minerals in ancient wood, forming a type of quartz. It is pierced by a tiny geode cavity, visible in the white area, lined by twinkling druzy crystals. The colours are mostly pinky reds, ranging from terracotta to burgundy, with veins of amber and white. I have fitted it with a sterling silver ring bail and chain. The one shown in the photos is a 17inch medium weight trace chain with lobster claw clasp. Contact me before placing the order if you would like a different length or chain.
This pendant will be packaged in a smart gift box and sent to you by Royal Mail first class post.
