This series of pieces are quite time consuming to make but very satisfiying at the same time.
When I made the first Nugget it reminded me of a piece of burried treasure for some reason.
I think this because during the rolling process the Silver has a tendancy to grow and sometimes cracks and imperfections appear which give the piece character and its own personality, quite like the growth of a tree which I really like.
I love trees and when I look from my window Im surrounded by dormant trees at the moment especially!

Full description
This Tree Nugget is one of a series, that are all individual and hand made.
Made from recycled Sterling Silver nuggets that, once formed, are flattened and put through the rolling mill and rolled to the desired size to give it that nugget look.
Once the right size and shape has been achieved I then drill a hole, thread the saw through the hole and cut out the shape.
Each pendant is slighty different due to each one being hand formed but generally measure between 1 - 2 inches.
They sit on a Sterling Silver Trace Chain that is approx 17 inch.
All my jewellery comes in a handmade box and will be sent tracked and signed for.
