I am often inspried by nature and have a passion for botanical designs and I loved the idea of using a feather to create the hand painted details on the print. I like to put imagination into all the prints I do, each starling has it's own expression and the gold fronds and dots are my way of making each one completely unique!

Full description
Limited Edition of just 15 in the new colour option of deep purple and gold for my Starlings design. Each print is printed using a hand powered traditional printing press, one at a time. I then, using a goose feather quill add hand drawn dots and fronds in a shimmering gold ink, every single one is different!
Please note due to the handmade nature of these prints, there may be slight variations between them but this makes every one unique.
I use UK made heavyweight, acid free A5 paper, the design is roughly 16cm x 10.5cm, individually signed and numbered in pencil.
The print you receive will be unframed and posted between thick card to keep it flat.
