What an extraordinary coloured flower, the Himalayan blue poppy, Meconopsis baileyi.
After Chelsea, and Monty raving about it, just had to add it to the collection.

Full description
A beautifully hand knitted pewter silver grey coloured coat hanger with an oversized Himalayan blue poppy sewn just under the metal hook. The wooden hanger is wrapped in wadding and then encased in a hand knitted cover using a trellis stitch in a pewter silver grey coloured yarn, finished at the bottom edge with a self coloured crocheted picot edging. The oversized blue poppy inspired flower has a green and pale blue centre and 5 large blue petals, securely sewn on the front. A more contemporary design, appealing to the young at heart, but nevertheless a perfect addition to any bedroom decor.
