Welcome to Heavenly Anarchist, home to an abundance of glass and textile art. Please have a look around, I have a wide selection of homewares and gifts to suit all tastes.
This was inspired by stained glass windows in churches.

This glass was fused by me. It was heated up to around 790 degrees celsius in a small glass fusing kiln and then it was then brought to annealing temperature to make it strong. It was then fire polished in the kiln to create a smooth, glossy surface This whole process takes over 17 hours to complete.
It is a lovely glass cross, a pure white with a dusting on pearl mica accented by a subtle dichroic vertical line down the centre in blue and green. There is no hoop for hanging, this cross is designed as either a large holding cross or for display on a shelf. An attractive and striking piece of glass.
It is approximately 15cm high and 12.5cm across. A beautiful piece, each cross is individually made and one of a kind. Ideal as a present to a loved one.
Not suitable for children - this is made from real glass and needs to be treated respect - it may have sharp edges if broken. It is, however, made from thick annealed glass so is fairly robust for everyday use.
