Hello and welcome,
I do hope that you will enjoy browsing my handmade gifts and accessories.

I made my own poppy because I was forever losing the paper one. Friends then asked me if I could make one for them too and it has snowballed from there.
I still buy a paper one from the poppy seller every year but wear my own so the charity is not losing out at all a win win situation really.

Full description

I have crocheted this poppy in red acrylic yarn and added a black button in the centre.

There is a brooch bar on the back with a safety catch for security.

It measures approx. 2"x 2" (5cm x 5cm) just slightly larger than the paper version.

£3 of the asking price will be donated to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

It is a charity that is very close to my heart and sadly it is still needed as much today as when it began.
