Quite a statement of a pendant necklace !.
The beautiful deep cherry coloured stone is a polished Carnelian, said to give strong protection against the evil eye. It is 1" (2.5cm) long in a patterned setting of sterling silver.
The silver pendant is a base with a crafted patterned layer around the stone setting and with a fine hoop. It measures 2,1/2" ( 6.5cm) down by 2" (5cm) wide.
The chain is comprised of links with balled ends, crafted by myself from sterling silver. All of the silver used has been darkened and re-polished, giving a serious, historical feel to the piece. The chain is 19" (48cm) long.
