Metal-free design......... perfect for anyone with a metal allergy
Pieces of dichroic glass placed to create a freeform medium sized square that is designed specifically for wearing with a slip-knot cord & therefore to be metal-free. In this case the photos have come out well & they represent the colours much better than I can do with words. It is fused to a smooth finish although there is texture to it, as well.
The pendant is approximately 3.5 x 2.5cms. The nylon "satin" cord is fastened with two triple knots, so goes over the head & can then be adjusted to your chosen length.

Dichroic glass is known for its vivid colours and those same lovely colours are often difficult to truly represent in photographs. Fortunately, whatever the picture – the real thing very seldom disappoints!
All my fused glass pieces are kiln fired and fully annealed, but they are glass and so perhaps should not be given to children.
