I love taking photographs of overhead power lines. Whether train lines or phones lines, it must be something about the compositions you can find.
This image is made from a sunset photograph I took one evening in Kyoto. I squashed the image to get a more urban look, added the headphones and the uchi kanji and uchi hiragana logos. This is one of my favourite T shirts because of the struggle to get small enough halftone dots to print without losing detail and that could register correctly with two colours.
