Full description
A dainty fluffy neck ruffle in black organza, for a sweet harlequin, clown girl! Great for circus, burlesque costumes and Halloween cirque vibe.
The organza is gathered onto a satin ribbon and ties at the back neck. Edges are machine finished.
Neck ruff measures 14" excluding ties. Other colours available, please browse my shop, or enquire as I can make any colour to order.
