I was originally given a large quantity of (very dirty!) glass which came out of the picture frames from a house clearance. Since then, people have been passing on any unwanted or broken picture frame glass to me so I have quite a stash built up! This thinner glass is perfect for making these decorations.

Full description
A recycled glass 6 point star (Star of David) decoration, supplied ready to hang with a simple white thread. These fused glass stars are lovely as a Christmas tree decorations, or hanging in the window to catch the light.
I make my recycled glass decorations from strips of picture frame glass - scrap, broken or reclaimed from old frames - cleaned up and fused together in my kiln in my home studio on the Wirral peninsula, NW England.
DIMENSIONS:
The 6 point fused glass stars are around 10cm x 12cm (4" x 4.5"); as each one is individually handmade, shape and dimension may vary slightly.
Your star will be carefully packed in plastic-free recyclable packaging to keep it safe, and your order will be shipped in a sturdy box. If you order more than one star and would like them wrapped individually (perhaps you are giving them as gifts?) then do let me know - otherwise I will wrap them in a little stack to save on packaging.
