I love making felt decorations (as you can see by other items in the shop) so it seemed natural to create a range of Christmas ones as well. These traditional Christmas shapes make me think of the amazing vintage glass ones I would find at my grandparents and the softness and unbreakable nature of the felt makes me think of some favorite fabric ones my mother had when I was a child. While designing these I decided to make them flat (unlike my everyday ornaments which are stuffed) this is because they are a season item and require storage and if others are anything like myself your Christmas collection of decorations is forever growing and evolving as you find more items you love so something that was beautiful but easy to store was a key element in creating this piece.

Full description
A lovely pair of felt decorations to add to your holiday trimmings. This pair of traditional round shape felt baubles are made in funky milka purple and deep pink felt. Each round shape can a complimenting smaller round shape on it and this is adorned with felt holly leaf shape with hand stitched veins and three small buttons representing the holly berries. The top is shaped with grey felt bauble cap which has stitching detail, an extra touch which makes this item feel more like a bauble rather than just a felt shape. It has a narrow cream satin ribbon hanging loop and would look splendid on a tree or as part of any display around the house this Christmas season. Approximate measurements are three and a half inches (9cm) by just under four inches (10cm) excluding hanging loop and six and a quarter inches (16cm) with hanging loop. They are produced flat so they are ideal for posting and take up next to no storage space, so I’m sure you can justify added them to your Christmas collection. This item is designed as a decorative item and is not a toy.
