Full description
This stunning pendant features a stone I bought in the USA - a large cabochon of natural turquoise from Pilot Mountain in Nevada. The mottled colouring is due to the presence of coppery-brown limonite. It is mounted in a setting of sterling silver which has been textured with a pointed instrument and treated with oxidising solution to add contrast and an antique effect. The pendant is quite large, measuring 4.5x2.7cm, and has been hallmarked on the back by the London Assay Office. It has a hand-made silver bail for attachment to your own chain.
Your pendant will be presented in a smart gift box and sent out by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery. I can include a small gift card if you notify me when you place your order.
