I love hillwalking and the Glencoe Mountains areione of my favourite areas. The Lost valley is a basically a hidden valley and accessed a few hundred feet up in the mountains in the pass of Glencoe. As you walk up the path leading through the pass, it opens up into a huge hidden valley (glen) surrounded by mountains including the highest mountain in the area ,Bidean Nan Bian which is the mountain to the right of centre at the back of image. I have been to the Lost Valley on numerous occasions over the last thirty years and have now just got around to painting it which is probably 25 years too late. I love to give vibrancy and colour to my image and do this using a vibrant palette of greens purples and blues.

Photographed by a top professional artists photographer so the reproduction quality from the original is fantastic, Printed by printer who specialises in giclee print so again the quality of print is fantastic . Printed on acid free 310 gsm portrait gold artists paper.
Print signed ,titled and numbered in pencil along the bottom border and accompanied by signed and numbered certificate of authenticity regarding limited edition.
