I have always had a thing for turquoise, it is such a beautiful stone.
It reminds me of places far away, bright weather, everything aqua, the sky and the sea, and above all it makes me smile.
I also love its symbolism - turquoise is a stone of protection and strength, symbolising wisdom. And through its healing energies it balances the emotions, creating emotional stability and equilibrium. Each order arrives with an information slip about the symbolsim.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
This listing is for a made to order sterling silver and turquoise ring. The images show different rings that I have made, they're so beautiful! Such a perfect Summer accessory.
I use Chinese turquoise gemstone cabochons in this design, measuring 12mm in diameter. They have a greenish-turquoise hue and have wonderful spider web like markings, making each stone and ring unique.
You can see a selection of the turquoise cabochons and how beautiful the natural markings differ in one of the images here.
I make the ring shanks from 1.5mm diameter silver wire, a good size and compliments the stones round bezel setting.
It will take me at least a couple of weeks to make and post the ring to you.
I will require a ring size and you to choose a stone from the stock I have. Both can be determined through email. If you wish to email me before ordering please contact me through Folksy.com or joannawakefield.com
The ring is packaged in one of my branded gift boxes, with all the trimmings.
