Stoneware pottery lidded garlic jar in midnight blue. Handmade Stoneware Pottery by littlewrenpottery on Folksy.
Keep your garlic from sprouting and going 'off' with this lidded garlic jar, created to be stored on your kitchen counter it'll be on hand when cooking your next fragrant tomato sauce.
Hand thrown on my potters wheel with durable stoneware clay this jar has been glazed in a glossy blue glaze outside and remains unglazed inside. It features hand carved holes to allow cool air to flow in and around the garlic bulbs keeping them dry and fresh.
The jar itself has a concave shape, a grooved ledge where the domed lid sits and a simple decorative lid knob.
It's flat bottom will sit firmly on your counter and it has been hand stamped with the Little Wren Pottery seal to mark it out as unique handmade piece.
This jar can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

As much as I love our furry friends this piece was created in a pet free and smoke free studio.
I post out all my items Royal Mail first class parcel post which can take 1 - 2 days or standard airmail for international orders which takes 5 days.
