My handmade forms are inspired by nature and are individually shaped and coloured before firing. I use both low and high fire clays for my pieces, sometimes combining both in one design. This necklace is a one of a kind item designed as part of a beach comber inspired range reminiscent of treasures from the sea and mystical mermaids.
The colours created for decorating are unique colour palettes and this influences the selection of gemstones that combine to make the finished piece.Colour is a major influence on my designs, i like to harmonise a range of colours to develop the piece.

A unique cluster necklace combining painterly pods created from low fire clay with swarovski crystals and semi-precious sodalite nuggets.
My pods are inspired by natural forms and are all individually handshaped and coloured to create a unique piece of jewellery.
The cluster hangs from a navy leather thong, overall length of 17 inches.
The largest pod is 1.5x1.5cm
