I was asked to make a necklace with a pair of swallows by a friend for her sister. This was the result, and it was so well received by those who saw it that I decided to make the design part of my permanent collection!

Full description
Sterling silver swallow necklace - this beautiful handcrafted necklace has been made using traditional silversmithing techniques. I have cut, smoothed and textured the two swallows before soldering tiny half rings onto the back to attach the sterling silver chain. It has been polished to a bright shiny finish.
This gorgeous textured bird necklace would make a lovely piece of wildlife jewellery for any nature lover, and comes gift boxed ready for giving. It would also make a sweet mother and daughter necklace
The silver swallows measure 2.2cm (small) and 3.5cm (large).
Necklace length: 16" (41cm), 18" (46cm), 20" (51cm), 22" (56cm) or 24" (61cm) length. If unsure of which length to go for then I'd recommend shorter rather than longer as the swallow necklace looks best when it sits just across the collar bone. If you'd prefer a different length please leave a note in the box when ordering.
