For UK orders, Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is included at no extra charge.
For orders to USA, orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £8. Delivery to the USA typically takes around 2-3 weeks. However it can sometimes take a little longer, especially at busy times of year.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Pearl Clusters - Turquoise Czech Glass & Freshwater Pearl Cluster Earrings
These elegant drop earrings have been made with Czech glass pansy flower beads. The flowers are a summery shade of turquoise with a lovely Picasso finish around their edges and carved centre.
Above are beautiful, ivory coloured Freshwater button pearls. Each pearl has been wire wrapped by hand onto a copper ball headpin, and clustered above the flowers.
The earrings measure approximately 3 cm from the bottom of the Vintaj brass French hook ear wires, and 4 1/2 cm in total from top to bottom.
