You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Invite the magic of Fairies, Gnomes and Elves into your garden with one of my unique, handcrafted miniature garden kits consisting of Fairy door (14cm Tall x 12.5cm Wide), a Fairy Window (7cm Tall x 6cm Wide), an oak walkway consisting of 5 stepping rounds (ave. 5cm diameter) and a little bag of fairy dust to help create that magical porthole into the world of Fairies, Gnomes and Elves.
All wooden items have been varnished to protect it against all weather conditions.
The door and window have a hanger attached to the back for placement on a tree trunk or other wooden surface and I have included two small nails for hanging.
Please note this style of door does not open.
These items are intended as garden decorations and not toys.
