Full description
Fascinator on a small fascinator base. I've covered the base in a ditsy floral fabric and rose trim, then edged with lace, which dangles at the back or side. The top is adorned with a mini ivory veil, flowers and butterfly.
The whole thing measures only 4", across excluding feather, so is a tiny cocktail hat! This fastens with a clear comb and hat elastic.
Made to order taking just a few days.
