I began using these needles last year and had to buy them in from abroad. They are the best needles I have ever used in six years as a full time needle felter, so I decided to start selling them in the UK. As with my other needles, they come nicely packaged and stored on a decorative card.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
I always pack items securely, especially if they are going overseas, but sadly sometimes postal systems can cause damage. In the event of this happening, please contact me with photographs of the damage and we can arrange suitable refund or replacement. First class post within the United Kingdom can take between 1-3 days to arrive and Airmail deliveries overseas can take anywhere from 7 days to three weeks, depending on location. If your order has not arrived within this time, please let me know.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Six super sharp size 40 steel felting needles. These needles mesh wool together very quickly and are brilliant for finishing off surfaces. The smooth spiral design leaves smaller holes, making for a finer finish to your needle felt creations.
These needles are packed in a nice vintage style envelope and backed onto a decorative card holder featuring one of my own needle felt pieces. (Design will vary). All the needles are wiped clean of any protective oil.
I recommend these needles because I use them myself.
