I made a pin cushion inspired by all the daffodils growing in my conservatory, porch and garden and I wanted to make a sewing needle case to match.

Full description
A sweet little cross stitch sewing needle case. This sewing needle case has been hand stitched onto white cotton crossing stitching aida fabric. The design stitched is a bright yellow and orange daffodil which has been edged in two rows of cross stitches. The inner row is in yellow broken with a number of shiny orange beads. The outer solid border has been cross stitched in bright orange.
A small orange button has been hand sewn onto the front of the sewing needle case and fastens with a white rolled elastic loop.
The reverse side of the sewing needle case has been left blank.
The case has been lined on the inside with a orange, yellow, blue and green striped piece of cotton fabric. There are two leaves of bright yellow felt to pin your sewing needles into which have been hand sewn into the case with orange cotton thread.
Approximate size 3 inches (7.5cm) wide by 3.3inches (8.4cm) long
