My inspiration for this design is the very British garden bird, the Blue-tit; and how it balances on tiny branches whilst collecting insects.

This special hand-crafted card is perfect for 'Mother's Day'
A beautiful water-colour design is all hand painted. The softly coloured Chrysanthemum flowers heads are a contrast to detailed painting of one of our favourite English garden birds the blue-tit. Small branches and the text saying 'Happy Mother's Day' is added in Photoshop.
The design is hand-cut out and mounted on a white ground and hand finished with pale green glass gems.
This design is set on a square 150 mm x 150 mm white ground with a decorative scalloped edge, and matching white envelope.
