Full description
We have used five icicle shaped pieces of tumbled beach glass and glass beads to make this eye-catching necklace. The glass is pale aquamarine and white, and goes with the pale turquoise beads which add a little shine. We have chosen the glass with great care so that the pieces go together beautifully. The pale colour of this piece means it goes with most colours, and it looks especially striking against a dark background.
The necklace is based on a fine silver plated trace chain and is 44 cm long. The longest piece of glass is 4.7 cm long. If you would prefer a shorter or longer chain (up to 90 cm) please let us know the length you would like.
Our necklaces are made in Chudleigh, Devon, using materials we collect ourselves from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each necklace is unique. Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of the charm of beach glass jewellery. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The necklace will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
