Full description
This little frog brooch is hand made in lead-free pewter and measures 60 x40 mm, it has a 25mm safety clasp in on the back.
I draw my design on to the pewter which I then raise and define using a boxwood tool, the next stage is mounting the stones ( they are not stuck on top but set in) The raised design is then filled and mounted on to a base patinated and finally polished. This pewter does not tarnish like silver but can be buffed up if necessary with a silver cloth or silver wadding.
