This original painting is now in the Sale, it’s been exhibited a few times and has seen a bit of life, now it’s time to settle down!
16” x 20” (40cm x 50cm) original on deep edge canvas. No need to frame - the painting goes all around the edge.
This is part of the British Birds theme I’ve worked on. I’ve tried to capture their essential characteristics whilst avoiding the ‘birdspotters book’ look, hopefully. Googly eyes, obviously, with a touch of varnish for a cheeky glint in the eye. You can see more examples at www.christinejopling.com - commissions are welcome!
A ‘How to Look after your Painting’ leaflet accompanies this piece, and the painting is named, numbered and signed by the artist.
