Full description
I've used beautiful Japanese kimono fabric with a red background, accented with a floral pattern to make this cocktail hat. I've covered a 4" or 10cm fascinator base, topped of with a cute bow.
This item is made to order, taking a couple of days.
This is fully lined and fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
