Full description
I've used beautiful silk dupion to make this cocktail hat. The silk is lightly slubbed, giving a slight slubbed texture. I've covered a 4" or 10cm fascinator base, topped of with a bow and birdcage veil. Lovely for weddings.
This item is handmade to order, taking one week before shipping.
This is fully lined and fastens with a thin hat elastic.
