Full description
This is a charming piece of beach pottery which has come from the edge of a cup or bowl. This pattern was on the inside of the piece and a different pattern was on the outside, but this has mostly been worn away by the waves on the beach. The colour is a strong burgundy red. We have tumbled this pendant so it has perfectly smooth rounded edges.
The pendant is 2.6 cm high, 3 cm wide and 5 mm thick. It comes on a 50 cm (approx. 20 inches) fine silver plate trace chain. If you would prefer a shorter or longer chain (up to 71 cm), please let us know the length you would like.
Our jewellery is made in Chudleigh, Devon, using materials we collect ourselves from local beaches. Each piece of pottery is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique. Because our raw materials have spent time on the seashore our products may have small imperfections, which we think is part of the charm of beach pottery jewellery. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The pendant will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
