Full description
Handmade silk dupion sea blue cocktail hat, fascinator. I have decorated with a sweet bow and birdcage veil. The hat base measures 4" or 10cm in diameter. Great for weddings with a retro mood.
This item is made to order, taking around 1 week before shipping.
This is fully lined and fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
