I am currently shipping orders twice a week, usually on Mondays & Thursdays. Shipping is by Royal Mail First Class (flat items) or Tracked 48.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These notepads are professionally printed with my original design featuring a happy sunflower and buzzy bee. 50 pages with a cardboard backing.

Packaged in a translucent glassine bag, which can be recycled as paper.

Pad is approximately 10.5cm x 14cm (6" x 4") in size.
