Full description
I made this stunning and fun fascinator using layers of vintage organza flower trim, 3 peacock eyes, which I have curled and a sword feather. This is topped off with netting and a cute sequin flower.
The fascinator is securely attached to a stretch sequin headband and is comfortable to wear.
One size fits all.
