This hand bags utilizes the fantanstic qualites found in both velvet and satin.
I have tried to create an eyecatching and glamourous small handbag.
This bag took about 8 hours to create
The Front:
The front is a qulited satin, that has been overlayed with a selection of ribbons and appliqued silver velvet stars which are then hand stitched with silver star sequins to give real sparkle.
I have added swirly stiching to give the appearance of shooting stars
The Back:
The back is a deep pile black velvet that has been overlayed with very dark grey satin ribbon which has then been stitched in place with a silver gray cotton..
The Strap
The strap is made from black corduroy, which has been overlayed with a black satin ribbon, it is attached to the bag by two leather straps and metal D rings.
Other information:
This Bag fastens with a black zip, inside, the bag is lined in a quilted silver satin with a makers label.

Approx - taken at the widest points
Width - 28cm
Height - 17cm
Depth - 7cm
Strap - 45cm ( the length of whole strap) so you can hold it, or its long enough to slip over shoulder
All my hand bags are totally hand crafted , so no two bags are ever the same.
The lining has been hand stiched in , to give a totally couture finish.
