Who has not read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland? Alice falls through a rabbit hole and finds herself in an enchanted fantasy world. In this world she meets peculiar creatures.
** Please note: these are PDF Crochet Patterns and not the finished dolls. It is a collection of 4 patterns: Alice in Wonderland, the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit and the Mad Hatter. **
Crochet skill level: Intermediate (requires knowledge of basic crochet terms)
The patterns are available in English (using US crochet terms) or in German. Each pattern is between 8 and 10 pages long and together contain 101 photos. The steps which might be more difficult are described in detail with photos to guide you. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions: kandjdolls [!at] gmail.com.
Size of Alice: 8.5" (21.5 cm)
The White Rabbit: 6" (15.5 cm) (Excluding ears)
The Cheshire Cat: 6.5" (16.5 cm).
The Mad Hatter: 8" (20.5 cm) (Including the hat)
For materials I used:
- 3.00 mm hook
- 4 ply yarn
(cream, black, blue, white, yellow, orange, red,
light pink, purple, green, dark green and mint)
- Mohair yarn (yellow for hair)
- Black embroidery floss
- Polyester fiberfill
- Black 8 mm buttons for Alice's eyes
- Three 4 mm white beads
- Two 4 mm black beads for White Rabbit's eyes
- Two 4 mm black beads for buttons on Mad Hatter
- Tapestry needle
- Sewing needle and thread for attaching eyes and beads
- 10" (25 cm) Pipe cleaner or iron wire for tail of cat
I send the English pattern by default. For those who like the German translation: write a small note in the order form that you like to receive the German pattern.
The patterns will be e-mailed within 24 hours of PayPal payment. You may pay using PayPal and your credit card without having a PayPal account.
